Adding to this you require some runes, the best is AD or armor pen because rengar without these have a hard time early game... runes are made especially just for early game domination. They help with last hits and if you're in the jungle without AD runes your a bit screwed because you're going to fall out behind and rengar isnt the fastest jungler or the jungler that has the most sustain either.
Best item for him is probably
Trinity Force because phage just gives overall tankiness and a slow, and then zeal mainly increases attack speed, movement speed and crit chance while the main item here that i think that stands out the most if sheen because of that passive which works well with Savagery especially when you have your fecority bonus.
his item bonetooth necklace is not too bad either, but i dont see much people get it.
