teams need to be synergistic. If one player doesn't fit the team they may be diamond elo best in NA and just not be good for that team. For a team to play well they need to know each-other, know how they play, and be able to accommodate for that in their own play style. maybe their top likes to split push before a fight but their APC is impatient and would like to get the fight done and baron if they're ahead. (I'd rather split push but it's just an example)

I have this project going and I wanted to submit it to this community to have a first feedback, and advices.
The idea is to create a broadcast where people can show their skills in game, and then viewers vote to finally make a team with the best players elected.
