if u dont like my idea YOU HAVE THE RIGHT not to like it and i respect that! and this is NOT
a reason to start cursing your families or insulting you for your ideas and opinions! RIGHT?
if u have suggestions for getting rid of toxic players or to isolate them in their own ''level'' matches then pls suggest anything u have on your mind!
I think that the ''toxic'' thing in the game is that the only think im sick of this game! And at this issue all the mmo games should take really care of it cause that toxic thing really destroys any fun of the game! I wanna play a match and enjoy it with a smile on my face :) and not getting fun destroyed due to this toxic-ness! :(
if something needs to be OP is not a champion,is the honor initiave! enough said...and thank u all for your posts and ideas even the toxic ones...

The thing is that a ''pro'' player is only a ''pro'' in terms of skills for the majority of people out there. I think a pro player is a player not only skillful but an honorable summoner on all the aspects...so this is about an honor initiative expansion and not in all the ways an ''unbalanced'' way to exploit your opponents...if you wanna exploit your opponents and you wanna see some true unbalanced things just play a normal solo match vs runeless summoners with 400 wins!!!!!!!!
