And you are definitally right that HP potions are more useful when you are losing the lane, but with
+1 Rep for the great comment, an excellent idea on the ability order. I'd say switch up the sequence according to who you top against.
Leveling W > more damage, longer CC, can't be missed
Depending on the matchup, most of the time, for top cho, I prefer bottle, potions, and a ward. 3 HP potions are much more important for lane. If you start losing your lane, mana potions are completely useless. At least go 2 hp and 1 mana.
Maxing rupture: he dumbest thing you can do on cho, outside of boots 3 mana pot start.
Not sure how maxing Rupture is the dumbest thing for Cho (unless your jungling) since that either means your maxing Vorpal Spikes first or Feral scream. Since this isn't an atk speed build maxing Vorpal Spikes wouldn't be as useful unless you like to brawl but that isn't how I play Cho. And that leaves feral scream which im at a loss why you would max that first. Rupture lets you hurt them more when you harass which works well with my playstyle.

A lot of people seem to do this wrong these days :P
The summoner spells and abilities are the least in-depth thus deserve to be at the start of your guide.
So if I were you, I'd change the position of those chapter directly after the pros and cons section.
But since I love your end picture so much, I will +1 :D
