As far as being an in game *******, kids play this game and like to make themselves feel better about themselves by making others look worse. Not much you can do about it. And as far as insta-locking goes, if you do norms, expect it and deal, if you do draft/ranked, the summoners code itself says that pick order supersedes called lanes. So the way to deal with that is, to be good at everything so you can play any role and not whine.

Community is a very interesting thing in the League of Legends, for it can be very toxic at times.
There are certain things which can annoy you very bad and even can make you angry.
Two of these things are:
The Blaming Game and Instalocking
What is the Blaming Game?
The Blaming Game is when the people within a match, start to make a contest who is the worst of their team, instead of playing League of Legends.
Since they are trying to play an other game than the real League of Legends players, they will probably lose the LoL match.
What is instalocking?
Instalocking is when someone call for a lane, but someone else ignored that fact and just pick someone for that lane and lock in instantly, creating an instalock :P
Since you will probably have a very bad team composition, you will lose the game.
