Seems to be a good guide, I like the 9/21 setup but I'm unsure regarding the build. Never had the idea bruiser elise falls off. Won't vote right now as I need more info on Elise and I'm definitely not a 3v3 player.
Sorry this response is very very late but I haven't been keeping up with my guides lately due to schooling and after that looking for work. But I'm more than happy to explain. Early game a bruiser elise will be very tanky and still do very good damage, but late game that damage falls off A LOT, and the tankiness stays about the same, or can even fall off because tanky champions tend to gather less gold than damage champions. AP has the opposite problem, until you level your W enough building AP doesn't do all that much for you. But stacking too much penetration early is pointless as well. A lot of my examples are opinions I know but thats just been my experience with Elsie. :D Again sorry for not keeping up with this build too much but I'm going to be more active on MobaFire now.
