Go to the Laggermeister's 10 commandments guide please.
There you will see that the "first guide" excuse is invalid.
You can do a lot of research before you make your first guide about how a nice guide should look like.
You obviously did not.
About the carrying part, unless you prove it, noone will believe you.

This guide has a lot of mistakes :P
Both the build and guide could improve sooo much.
A bit too much if you ask me.
I advice you to look for Jhoijhoi's guide about making a guide, and Laggermeisters 10 commandments.
These 2 guides surely will help you, you are definately going to need it :P
You also say it is a guide for AP teemo, but you suggest building bloodthirster? I am confused. I also miss a defensive item(I suggest zhonya's or GA).
I have my own objections as well, but I think a downvote will suffice.
Also, you don't suggest what enchantments to get.
You say this guide is for all lanes, but you only go in-depth about where to play shrooms within top lane.
It's also not a good idea to have a video of you trolling and losing within a guide, makes you look bad...
