his lifesteal is not added to the overall stats on lvl 18 as it should be 20% but it saus 0% on lvl 18 if you havent put any lifesteal items in the build.
is this fixable.

Because of the way the builder works, things like Runes and Masteries (and in this case, his passive) are not counted in the cheat sheet at the top of guides.

We are aware of this, and last I heard it was somewhere on the list of "things to be added and improved."
