Need some critcisms/pointing out [Video Included]

In cases like that, I tend to bait by pushing one lane in hopes that their teammates keep an eye on me while I buy my team a few more seconds.[/color] [color=#808000]Some of you may notice that my skillshots are awfully horrible, I notice that, because I sometimes throw out a cc in hopes of misleading my player in to my trap. But I think it failed. BUT ALSO, because I've been having some major fps skips lately, someone advice me on this if they know how to fix the issue.[/color] [color=#ffff00]I personally think I fed early game because, aside from not getting items that has survivability, my runes themselves don't really give me any survivability.[/color] [/list] For the early part of the game, I fed. Mid game, fed even more. Late game, was a bit better. So if you don't wanna watch the whole thing, take it too 20+ minutes I guess. I don't usually post any videos of my LoL games as I don't think they are any good. But here's sharing one in hopes of a better Ahri player myself. In case you haven't noticed, my ign is PastaFreak.
