Yeah those 3.0.1 changes changed ALOT. TF had its cost reduced by 297 (durrrrrrrrrrrrhuh) so it may be a bit more viable now. IBG is op on ez, not too great on other champs. And what other people have said about shiv and PD is mostly true from what I can tell... But the ignoring unit collisions is pretty nice, turns everyone into fizz.
