Aside from that, your build is fine. I personally get Cleaver over Ghostblade, but you probably have a reason for that, right?

After further evaluations, I cannot agree more with you, he is VERY squishy with this build. I also forgot to mention, Bloodthirster is entirely optional. For me it depends on how the game is going in order to choose my last item. If i'm constantly getting focused, sure I'll get a Frozen Mallet or, as you said, a warmogs

For a first guide, VERY good. Expand it, add some sections and it'll be awesome. WD, Turn on C2V To prevent the trollvotes.

First, I think twitch should max out E for his early game damage.
Second, you put Statikk Shiv last, which in reality it should be an early to mid game item, to help do damage, farm, and push.
Third, this build makes twitch super squishy. I suggest adding in a warmogs somewhere.
