Basicly boots that make u immune from knock back and knock up, but give no other benefits or even negative Movementspeed!

Would be pretty OP for champions such as Katarina, Janna, Nunu & Willump, Caitlyn, and many others that have channeling abilities.

We already had a thread like this.

Granite Boots, Ruby Crystal + Boots of Speed.

Gives health, champions with these boots cannot be knocked up.

Wouldn't be OP because it only counters a small specific part of the game.
