Don't think there are that many mentors in this site.
Anyways if you're looking for a mentor do NOT look for a low elo one. You might learn from them but you definitely will be misguided for sure. I'd say around 1600~1700 would be a good range if you can find a mentor. elsewise 1500s are okay as well.
Never 100% everything a lower elo player will tell you. They may give you some generic advice like "improve cs" but they will definitely have misconceptions towards the game.
Try watching streams or pro play and imitating them. That usually gets you somewhere.

I usually play support at ranked games because I'm not such a horrible support/decent, but I'm also afraid that if I play other roles I might screw it up. That's why I need some general laning help, ADC help, and jungle help (I can jungle but I need some tactics while jungling [counterjungling, ganking, ...]).
I don't have really good ranked stats, usually I had the feeling it wasn't my fault, yet it kind of felt it was...
I prefer any mentor above 1500 elo, though I know that a lot of very good players stay at low elo, thanks to their teams, that's why I also accept anyone above 1200 elo. ^^
