So I have not played Renekton in quite some time - probably early early season 2 - and never really enjoyed it that much. Granted, I was a lot newer to the game, and to melee classes in general; but I always found he didn't do much damage.

I tried him again last night in 3s, and was BLOWN away by how well I did. I don't recall any patches done to Renekton recently - could it be the Season 3 items maybe? I built him the same way I play Riven or Vi, just a typical bruiser ad build.

Any thoughts?

Renekton too strong.
Carried me through the early levels of ranked so easily XD
Now I have moved on to Kha'Zix since I like his kit better but Renekton has certainly become a lot strong with the new armour shred mechanics.

Mundo goes where he pleases.

Yeah the whole armor change that season 3 brought to bruisers top really helped out renekton. His Slice and Dice plays a large role in duels now.
