I won't downvote you yet, but it really seems like I should. A guide is more than item choices man. Especially if you don't really explain the choices beyond saying "good damage" or "nice slow". You need to help people learn the champ, how he plays, what to do, skill sequence, your role in fights. Share your experience with the character, not just which boots you prefer!
Don't release a guide until it's finished.

You start to make less and less sense each comment you make xD
It is unfinished, and some of the item choices are, well, ******ed. Phantom Dancer? Berserkers Greaves? On Rengar?
I never use PD or BG on rengar. Just wanted to let ppl know that it's OKAY too. Read it first before u post.
It really seems like ppl wants to read pages from a 2 hours old guide.. Epic. Just don't vote if the info is not enought yet.. seriously.
If you will upload a guide, make sure all basics are in there.
Including:
* Runes explanation
* Masteries explanation
* Ability explanation
* Summoner spell explanation
* Items explanation
The only thing you have is an item explanation.
And yes, I have read the title, I know it is under construction.
Just make sure you finish the standards before you publish a guide.

And yes, I know 75% is missing, made this today morning, according to that I think I'm super fast.
Item explanation is published long long ago, and doing summoner spell now.
EDIT.: Oh and if you look closely you will see that there are notes at least, everywhere, at skills and spells and etc.
Including:
