Everything about the masteries is written in the guide. It's a personnal choice which allows me to get my stuff faster and to get the cdr who lacks to my build :) Remenber that a dead Tf deals no dmgs, and this choice allows more survability too !

You're dropping a pretty decent amount of damage by specing 21 into utility. The only thing you get is some CDR, movement speed, and extra gold. While the MS isn't bad, (I agree with the quints), you're dropping too much potential damage for not much.

Otherwise I'd just bring AP quints. You have your ultimate to set up ganks, and if you do it properly, their should be no need to chase anyone.

It's an habits, nothing else :) i always played tf with ms quints, and prefer to have a bit more mobility than 15 ap ! However that's a personnal choice :D
