My problem is not with the guide itself but with your attitude towards people criticizing you. This is probably the main reason of your guide's downvotes. Also, you're not the only one playing Pantheon at high elo and therefor your opinion of him and his build and gameplay is not absolute. If you consider valid points people criticize about your build, and not just argue with the same arguments over and over again, you'll get better votes in general.

Other than that, great guide. I haven't tried it out yet, but I'll consider your build and skill sequence!

its obviously some sort of glitch, I remember looking at his Pantheon stats a while ago and he wouldn't make a guide for a champion he doesn't play. Also I'm pretty sure I read somewhere in the guide that he said he did a lot of his elo climbing with Pantheon, but maybe I'm thinking of something else. Even if he did only play him in Normals, which I doubt, that's still with and against 2000+ elo people, meaning its NOT a pubstomp build.

I just needed to point out that the writer of that guide has never played Pantheon ranked, so for all we know it could be, in fact, a pubstomping build.

Chalice IS useful for Pantheon, it doesn't build into something useful because the item itself is very useful, almost a must buy actually. Nope, there is no "Past the Point of Mana problems", its still fairly easy to run OOM in the late game if your out for a while. And besides, you sell it in the last part of the game anyway, so that's an irrelevant argument. T2 boots early on are a good buy if you didn't get some early kills and don't have enough for a BF Sword, but its not a big deal either way.

Rushing a Tear would be extreeeemely stupid, sorry. All AD Casters get their defensive item late, rushing a Cleaver is stupid with the nerfs, and it can be taken earlier but it doesn't matter too much unless nobody else on your team has one, in which case take it earlier, but never rush it.

Skill Sequence isn't dumb, nobody can sidestep an E when stunned, and its not like your the only one on your team with a stun. In no world do you get three Q's over one E, and even if you manage to only land part of your E, that's still waaaaay more damage than Q. Using E in lane to push too far isn't a problem, since it does less damage to minions and Pantheon doesn't have a lot of pushing power, I quite often end up the one being pushed back, which gives me more freedom to attack aggressively. Junglers can camp me if they want, but it doesn't matter, Q-W-E-Q will either kill my lane opponent or get them so low they're forced to burn Flash and retreat, and its not like their jungler can kill me by himself.

Maxing Q does NOOOOT give you higher overall damage output, not even close. The numbers don't lie, even if you are forced to use E without any disable (which almost NEVER happens btw) its still likely they'll take at least 60 - 70% of it, which again, is a lot more than a Q could do. Not to mention how deadly your Grand Skyfall ganks are if you can melt their ADC with one combo as opposed to landing then peppering them with medium damage spears. And no lol, maxing E doesn't work because I can "pubstomp", check the highest rated lolking Pantheon guide, written by a 2000+ player, guess what? He maxes E. So that point is completely invalid I'm afraid.

This seems very interesting, and I will DEFINITELY be looking into this. I'm going to play Pantheon mid today, and hopefully, if it all works out, vote! :D

Great guide! I used to play pantheon by maxing q but the dmg is significantly lower than maxing e first though I will still take another point in q at lvl 4/5 for top lane.

One tip: sometimes it would be better to stun, followed by e, then autoattack and finally q, esp if one buys frozen mallet. (but this cannot be done on champions like irelia with mercury treads and gangplank)

If only champions will be marked when they are below 15% health just like kha zix's passive.
