Maxing Q on Xin may not be as beneficial as maxing E. With E, you can't possibly miss but with Q you may not get all 3 hits off for the knock up. E is also more useful during a gank. The extra slow would ensure you to get the three hits off, most of the time. Against someone like Nasus, you'd always never get your Q to land more than once.

I feel like that your build is a little squishy. As Xin Zhao top, I'd rush a The Brutalizer only if I feel like that I'm winning the lane. If not, I go all defensive and only slot in a damage item if I'm ahead. Sunfire and Locket are both great items on Xin Zhao.

Naming one of your starting choices "if you want win lane" implys that it is the best choice and if you want to win your lane choose this start. That's rather misleading to newer players who just want the best items to buy. Also turn on comment to vote.
