Really BASIC guide!

You have made some HUGE mistakes like earlier mentioned!

But don't worry, I made the same mistake with my first guide (also )

And GarenLink is actually one of the guys who helped me out :D

Can I provide some constructive criticism?
First of all, can't be built on Summoner's Rift, if this is a TT or CS guide, specify please.
Second, you can't max an ability by level 8, the first time you can fully max an ability is level 9.
Third, if you are putting 23 points in to the Offensive Tree, taking is a must.

You say you "explain" the masteries and the runes but you just say what they do. Explaining means telling why you take it (it helps against early ganks, it helps me spam my abilities, etc.).

Next, you need to say how to play Fizz. Do you play him in the bot lane with a support? Do you jungle him? Some people are new and need explanations for everything. Say he his an AP assassin who excels in the middle lane. His kit allows him to dart around the battlefield, bursting down single targets and then escaping again. Fizz has a high skill cap, so you will need lots of practice to know when to go into a fight and when to sit back. These are things that you need to explain.

I might as well say that armor penetration in Masteries is totally useless on Fizz. And Ninja Tabi's? Really? Sorc shoes and CDR boots are much better.
