Need help getting the game patched

These days the Chinese LOL is having some issues with connection, some major issues, my internet downloads files at 10 MB/S, upload is not bad either, my ping in game is GREEN (75 ping), and in (Speedtest.net) is 11 ms, and I am facing real connection issues leading to my lol client to restart and shows the annoying "Trying to reconnect". The game became unplayable and I hurriedly quit playing it. Honestly, something is really wrong about Chinese version, players are not cooperating with each others, they don't help each others during the battle, so I got angry about it sometimes... I tried to look for another LOL, oh.. the Russian one, I am not familiar with the language but I tried to play, it is not an entire new different game with new servers like the Chinese version but, they just translated the game to Russian, as they are using the same NA, Europe Middle East servers. Again I found a problem with the game, the game makes my RAM freeze, leads to force shut down. Many times and this kind of thing happens, but my friend was using Windows 7 64-bit Ultimate and he was using the same kind of RAM (Gskill 8 GB 1600 Mhz) like mine, but different operating systems, mine was Windows 8 64-bit Enterprise, and he had no problem with RAM being frozen forcing laptop to shut down, so I figured out that the Russian version is not fully compatible with Windows 8. I liked the original game a lot, a lot, I mean a lot. but I can't get it patched, some files won't be downloaded like zedshadow.manifest Ping used to show 300, was really playable and it was clean, neat, and unique. Players are cool, cooperative, Riot made it right. So if any of you out there would like to help me get the NA LOL patched successfully, or send/upload the full game patched, would really be appreciated. Thank you guys[/quote]
