Did I miss a new patch where they gave swain lux's ult?

Good veigars will aim their e so that the circle is right on you, instead of conveniently placing you in the middle of the circle

Lastly, Flat ap > scaling ap anyways.

Not a lot of substance in the guide and you need to work on the masteries/runes. Try to polish your guides a little more before publishing or you'll get tons of downvotes.
