Build seems pretty solid, the guide itself is well structured and organized.
Now try to add more information to it :P

Try to make the chapter order like this:
* Introduction
* Pros/Cons
* Skill Explanation
* Summoner spells
* Runes
* Masteries
* Items
* Tactics
* Summary

With adding the chapters and putting them in that order, your guide will already improve a lot.
I can see a lot of potential here, do not disappoint us ;D

Your guide is short but it looks nice. Just a little something, in your pros, I guess you mean "Viable in AoE and initiation Comps"!
