I'm too lazy to actually sitdown and walk you through ADC but I'll just give you tips.
1. Know how to attack move(orbwalk). This is essential to playing ADC because it maximizes your kiting potential while doing as much damage as possible. As ADC, you want no wasted movements. If you don't know what this is, go youtube it. Doublelift is notorious for his orbwalking.
2. Know when to farm/have good decision making. We all know farm is good, but when to? I really can't teach you this because it's a progressive thing but I can set up a scenario for you. Baron is up, both teams are lingering around to take it. You see bot pushing in, do you clear it or head straight to baron to flirt with the enemy team?
The right answer is, quickly analyze enemy team's item/comp then decide. How fast can they baron? If they can quickly burn it down, don't go bot. If they have awful baron power, you can afford to go bot to farm a bit AS LONG as the enemy team dosen't know you're bot until you actually hit the wave, YOUR TEAM knows and you instantly run to baron to stop when the enemy team begins their slow baron. When I asked that question, if you asked "What about globals/teleports?" Good, you're analyzing properly. If you aren't, you need to work on your map awareness/quick thinking.
Fast thinking and great decision making on when to farm/how to position will change fights.
3. Don't take free poke in lane. Some people think that "oh, it's just 50dmg" BUT THAT DAMAGE ADDS UP. I see SOOOOOOO many plat/diamond adcs just take free harass and lose their lane. If you really want to improve at ADC, work on positioning. Good positioning in lane will translate well to teamfights and etc.
That's all I can think of atm at 3:12am. gl buddy.
