Putting Together a Team!

When i say it like that i dont mean NO CURSING cause that is stupid. I mean be open to everybody ideas and respect team decisions like falling back. [h3]Team Voice Communication[/h3] -The whole advatange of having a set team is communication. Please NO bad quality microphones. [h3]3 Role RULE[/h3] -The point of putting this team together is to improve. SO if you lack the ability to play support or dont understand terms like "freeze a lane" This can be taught. But don't expect to main as the teams ADC not knowing a deeper knowledge than the people who also want the position. The 3 Role Rule is necessary to play the meta breaking team comp style a understanding of item buying aswell is needed. If you are limited to 1 or 2 I will gladly help you learn. The Team name or the style of play is undecided. There is only one thing that is certain. WARD PLACEMENT will be a huge focus for the team. As this separates the bad players from the good players. Things like Kicking players and team matters will be voted on by the players as i feel that is the fairest way to get the point of views and better the team. All divisions can apply. Like currently i am in bronze but i know i can play at a gold lvl MID laner. Playing with my Main Champ Kas. I have lost 4 games out of 35. But i rarely get to play mid.
