Ranked and Tribunal Criteria

Secondly i truly believe that a summoner who s gonna interested for playing Ranked games should follow some BASIC criteria such as: 3+ complete tier 3 runes pages,game experience (a number of minimum normal wins),20 champs, and OFC TO VERIFY THAT HE COMMUNICATE IN ENGLISH LANGUAGE!!!!!!! age criteria like 16+ could eradicate a big part of trolling imo.. Anyways i think that Riot should be more responsible about the most responsible parts of the game such as the Tribunal and Ranked games...Being a judge is a very responsible thing do and playing Ranked games DEMANDS the responsibility and the awareness of being a part of a team who dont play just for fun of it like Normal games but for the ranking also. less trolling=less flaming/raging=less reporting=less banning=GG[/quote]
