Instead of the frozen mallet you might want blade of the ruined king. At 1400 you get the bilgewater cutlass which provides 12% life steal!

1. Your cheatsheet structure is rather complicated
2. Maxing a spell at lvl 8
3. 23-7-0
4. Minimal coding except for your huge Jayce pictures (Yes we get it, it is a Jayce guide)
5. You didn't explain: Runes, masteries and summoner spells
6. Chapter order; item order should never be the third chapter. Put the ability chapter there instead.
