Sure, you can use a guide format, now use it in a good way.
CDR runes are ****, the skill order is ****, and guidewise, a lot of stuff can improve aswell.

Ok soo Im not a jungle nasus player (though I do know hes pretty damn powerful XD)
Anyway due to that I cant comment on the skilling sequence, which seems odd to me as you don't max anything by level 9. Runes seem odd aswell.

Secondly you don't really explain any of your item choices beyond the notes over them, which are pretty brief. If your making a guide, remember that its for people who may not know what they're doing.

You do quite a good job however in that your guide is coded somewhat decently, you actually give information on the tactics one should employ and you go indepth on your mastery choices. Its really a much better start than some of the other beginner guides on this site. Still has room for improvent though.
