They will either be active or not, it is hard to define activity objectively and for it to actually be effective since quotas will often just be cheated / spammed. Diamond 1/challenger kids are to plat 1/diamond 5 kids what plat 1 kids are to silver 5 kids. It is practically impossible for my team to hold a candle to the professional teams seeded above me. However, my team of low plat/high diamond kids have been beaten soundly by a handful of mid gold players. The skill disparity isn't that insurmountable.[/quote]
