If you are going to have manna regen, put it in glyphs and (unless maybe if you are Kassadin) it's usually not a good idea to use manna regen per level.

Ok, there are a few things that need to be fixed with this guide.
To start with, the title and the intro doesn't tell me anything about this guide apart from fiddlesticks. Where is he played with this guide? What is your role?

The part which says purchase order is supposed to show your purchase order, not just your final items. Oh yeah and: no boots?

The runes don't look that good to me, bot I don't know what good fiddle runes are.

The ability sequence does look like you clicked randomly. I think you should max drain or dark wind as a priority.

The abyssal scepter should also be taken if you have a lot of AP on your team.

You never mention the usefulness of a zhonya's hourglass on fiddle. An ulting fiddle will get focused down hard so you can use zhonyas and your ult will still run.

You also need to give some more reasoning behind everything and not just put the stats or what the item does; say why fiddle needs it or why it goes well with this guide not just what it does.
