Won't write story just tell the simplest way to do...

= Only in teamfights, Q -> E -> R most of them should be dead, if not E -> W

= 1v5 is hard, but not impossible... Auto attack, Q -> W and when about to get kills E -> R

= Place 3 or more shrooms in a lane, place rest of the shrooms to exit paths... Auto attack and finish

(not saying any item name because i'm assuming that you know what to get)

As , you usually go after the lowest health target (after you anniliated their squishy ADC or APC, whoever is more fed) to get your reset, so rinse and repeat for the penta. You have to be extremely luck, though.

It makes it immensely easier to get a penta-kill if you have the damage to do so such as going glass-cannon as to the popular tank Kat these days. Of course, the only issue with that is surviving, but that's what and are for.

Getting pentakills is easy:
Killsteal killsteal killsteal and killsteal :D

I got 7 pentakills this way :P

You don't just get a pentakill, usually you have to be either 1. Really lucky or 2. Damn fed. The champions that you mentioned are just easier to get fed with, but not as easy to get a pentakill with than other champions.

-You must be damn fed with your autoattacks hitting like trucks, or let your shrooms do most of the work.
-Your best bet is . It's your only multi-target damage spell unless you get .
-You need to get your RESETS.

First of all, there is no way to ensure a pentakill. In most cases, pentakills occur in team fights, for obvious reasons. So it's useless to attempt a pentakill if all five enemies are not present.

: Lure the enemies into an area with a lot of shrooms. I recommend leaving a bunch of them near the first and second turret on your side in mid along with a few in the jungle in that area.

: Pray on . The active from also does damage, if you need the range on it.

: Make sure you kill every champ to reset your CDs.
