Utility tree is specced incorrectly, and you should take scaling MR glyphs not flat ones. Other than that the cheatsheet is fine, but your guide hurts me. Like all the way in mah belly.

this is ok in a couple cases A) if don't need your jungler to contribute as much to the team B) if your jungler is successfully counter jungling and taking the other teams buffs.

I mean when I have my ADC telling me they need red and my mid telling me they need blue essentially what they are saying is I need your jungle and what I tell them is ok well expect me to be in the back of every team fight because I am going to be 4 levels behind.

and having it on there just in case you kill the enemy that has a red or blue buff? hmmm guess if you like to play the odds that they are going to hand you the buffs over having an assured amount of extra defense to take shots.

I think 21/9/0 is safer for solo queue personally. but that is just my humble opinion.

Realised that after meiyjhes post, just had the idea of runic being strictly a jungler mastery in my head :/

Slows don't stack well, since Ashe has an intrinsic slow the red would be better off on the top laner or jungler.
