why do you start with Reju bead against AP? Why not Null Mantle?
I would typically start doran's shield against most AP tops now, especially Vladimir and Teemo. This is because they auto attack frequently to harass and the health+regen helps to sustain you through the poke. Again this guide is very out of date and I don't have the time or resources to update it at the moment sadly. I may end up archiving it in order to avoid confusing new players with outdated items and tactics.
Please update the guide! I love it, but it's slowly getting too outdated for optimal use.
I know I've been meaning to but i have a lot on my plate right now :( I'll try to bring it up to date with the next big patch :D
What a nice guide :) But you should add the "F-Keys"(no idea how htey are called, F1, F2, F3 and so on, I hope you know what i mean), they are ways faster than clicking on the portaits of your teammates. You could also mention that

very nice guide...i made half the gear you reccomend and finished with 2-1-10 so fast.I take teleport instead of ignite.that way i can gank with my ulty and come back with my teleport to farm.it suits me nice.thought you should add that. Any comment btw for the hybrid marks for shen? thx again you got my Vote :)
hybrid marks are 100% the way to go on top shen, I just haven't really updated the guide properly lol. Attack speed is still a really strong, much cheaper pick but if you have hybrid you should use them. The reason I don't take teleport is because I like to play super aggressive in lane and ideally get my jungler to come gank at level 2 or 3 for an easy first blood (1.5 second taunt OP). Once you're dominating your lane it's easier to roam with your ultimate and get kills/dragons. Sure, you might lose tower, but you can take theirs at your leisure.
