I also don't think that
You don't really have a grasp on what's going on. Everything you said is the opposite of what's really happening.
Nunu is a ****ty support. Boil nerfed, abilities that compliment solo laning buffed. Lux has made a surge as a support as have all pseudo mage/supports (zyra, lux) because she can function late game as a secondary AP carry.
Renekton is ridic, and I don't think that singed or kayle counter him.
Taric is ***. Easily countered in lane by any number of ad's and supports. One singular blitz grab can win an entire game.
I'm going to move sejauni up. Been seing her, and she's tough. Her new Q is silly.

In her current state she does. Outclassed heavily, gets pummeled by any jungler that has even half ***ed dueling capabilities and can't clear well at all without blue. With her rework, time will tell if she improves.
Ok thanks I should remember that this is for a higher level than i am so if its viable for bronze it might not be viable in a higher level
Shes low because other tanks like Nautilus and Amumu are safer and do the same thing with less work. And she's outclassed heavily as a bulky AP character by Zac, Cho'Gath and Elise.
Damn forgot about Zac because I don't see him played much in bronze but i still don't think she deserves tier 5
