Karthus basic attack causes Flash icons to appear on the target.. Got that once when trying Karthus, went 2/6/15 -.-
Uhh on every champ at least once I get this bug, I start recall then I cancel it. Then I recall again, the bar above your skills does appear, and then somehow I do not recall back. Died a few times because of that.
