Do not publish an incomplete guide. Publishing an incomplete guide is like handing in homework half-way done.

Yea, I don't understand why I did that either. While it was just an idea, seemed better at the time.
I'll fix it up while I finish the guide.

It means he doesn't like boots of swiftness. I have nothing against it and don't see why he downvoted for it but people are allowed to downvote for any reason they want

And explain to me the problem with boots of swiftness? It provides great mobility which helps Rumble out a lot because he has to go close to the enemy to deal damage, boots of mobility ALSO helps out with escaping from sticky situations.

Not to mention, I also put in the option for Mercury Treads if you don't like Boots of Swiftness.
Ninja Tabi isn't the best choice on Rumble.
Sorcerer Shoes? This ain't RumbleMid, it's Tanky AP Bruiser Top.

Also, really, 3 words is your idea of constructive criticism?
