Learn a champion, play it well. There is absolutely no secret about it. But here are some tips anyway...
#1: Communication. You will not win a game by yourself.
#2: Understand the game. Objectives > Kills.
#3: Communication. Grouping is essencial.
#4: Understand your champion's strenghts and weaknesses. Use them.
#5: Communication. Don't rage.
#6: Lead by example.
Chances are you won't be able to get everybody on the same page, just ask to group after a certain time, ward and ping for dragon/baron, but don't try to force it, they are not as important as turrets in low elo. Win your lane, if you think you can't ask for switch or call for ganks. Usually if you show some skill and communicate properly, people will listen to you and that's a win right there.
