Nami Guide

What I mean is she works better with AP/Magic Pen because her early game magic damage is actually decent for harassing.
Magic pen yes. AP no. This is because
With Lulu's passive she just barely hits harder than Nami, true. But Lulu also does a lot of things better than Nami and has good AP ratios that make sense to abuse for harassing in lane. I would not put AD runes on her.
Nami on the other hand doesn't gain much from building AP (early or later on), her lane harass is terrible if you use her skills to do so. That's where the AD runes come in. They give her a way to trade with the enemy and deal a little extra damage early game, and your stun/slow combo can give you time to do that especially during chases.
Dafuq.
I have a few matchups in mind but I need to play her more. Soloqueue isn't very supportive of having a Nami on their team, but I'm sure I'll get more chances soon!
a good start but needs a lot more information to really get there. will reserve my vote for now.
include lane synergies and opponents...also include information on how to take on those opponents. that will get you pretty far.
if you really want to knock it out...after you provide the above info....provide some images and/or video showing actually gameplay with explanations.

I understand you don't like my choice, and that's fine. I respect your opinion and will try some other runes such as flat armor reds when I get them. I hope you try Nami one day and see if you feel she needs that extra early game boost to her trades or not :)
