Soraka Guide
~Phalanxdef's Lizard Elder Support Soraka S3~
You might try 6 cdr glyphs and 3 mr glyphs. This would max out your cdr perfectly to 40%. Also if you look at my guide you might try ad marks to go with lizard elder. I go 9 ad marks and 3 life steal quints and forget about the gold quints. This makes her hit hard early and she just controls the brush. I might as well mention that my guide centers on zeke's as a rush build. This combined with lizard and the nine ad marks work well together.
Went back over your guide and see you have 10 cdr in masteries, so nvm about the cdr glyphs.
