Problems:
Pure AP runes
6 points in E, 4 in Q
Prioritising E before Q in level ups.
"Poked easily while farming" Not really. He is ranged and has ranged abilities. Most people he will be against will be melee so they will find it hard to harrass him.
You have a few problems with the top of your guide. Other than that I don't think this is that bad.
