Quints - Flat AD and/or Lifesteal.
Glyphs - Magic Resist (better going flat, because you level more slowly than other lanes do)
Seals - Flat Armor, no exceptions. You're going into an AD lane.
Marks - Armor Penetration or flat AD with 1 crit chance rune. Armor pen is for later into the game, flat AD is for last-hits. The single crit chance rune doesn't do much, but it pays off for itself if you score even one critical hit.
Skill sequence should be R>Q>E>W, although your first point is conventionally in W for early lane control.
Well, this says enough.
Anyway, I advice you to get lvl 30 and practice a bit more, do some research about the champions you like to play, master your champ like a boss and then write a new guide which is good :P
Right now, this guide will get a lot of downvotes because this guide simply will not help a lot of readers, and guides are made to help readers after all ;D
If you want to write, it's absolutely fine, but if you write guides, you can expect some disappointments.
Get better, and feel free to come back when you are :P

hmmm i like the enthusiasm...but at level 10 you have no idea how to really play the game sorry. use the guides on mobafire that have already been published and tested until you have played enough of the game to devise a build that makes sense and you feel is better than that already currently on moba.
I'll be back with a better one, once I've played some more :)
I left out the rune part, because I wasn't sure about it :D Also, I didn't know that I needed life steal early, thank you for the tip :)
