When you are at the log in screen of League of Legends, you will see 3 options below the log in thingy:
1. Don't have an account? Sign up now!
2. Forgot your username?
3. Forgot your password?
Well, in this case, you obviously pick number 2. Forgot your username.
Click on it, you will come to the league of legends website, fill in your email adress and Riot will send you an email with further information.
This should do the trick :P
