She's not really a great ganker. Her potential comes in at counterjungling, dueling, and teamfighting. Her clear times aren't that terrible at all either.
I'm currently (finally) trying out ranked games so I can see where I place in terms of my skill. I usually jungle or support, and my main junglers are Rammus (main), Malphite, and I'm gonna try to pick up Vi and jungle Pantheon. For my Rammus, are there any suggestions you can give me? Like any comps that I should not use him with/against? Also, I've been thinking of going 0/9/21 with him for the extra movement speed/gold/Summoner Spell cooldown. Any thoughts on that? If not, thank you anyways for looking :)

Late on the response, i'm streaming now if you'd like a full voice explanation just post in the chat!
In my opinion she has her shining points but the first problem at hand is she gets outclassed... simply outclassed. Other champions do what she does, but better, nothing simpler than that
The second problem is that she relies on two of her strengths that she *used to* be the best at. Counterjungling and dueling. In season 3 I've found she doesn't match up against many champions at dueling anymore, (Unless you're clever), and on top of that counterjungling has been significantly nerfed (I'll go into detail if you want).

I'am playing mostly playing Rammus Elise Nunu and Sion jungle, they are all (except Rammus) pretty strong junglers in 1v1 fights and are also tanky. How can I effectively counter jungle with them? Watching the timers and warding? I couldn't find any good videos or guides on how to counter jungle.

If you're in low elo you can tell your team to give you a smiteless leash then go straight away to their red buff. Only do this if your clear speeds are better than opponent junglers and if the opponent starts at the same buff as you. I mainly do this with Vi and it's an awesome strategy since it screws up the enemy ganking potential significantly (especially auto attack gankers like Master Yi).
PS Go straight to your red after the steal and tell your laner to get ready because the enemy might try and take your red for revenge
PSS Don't leave a few creeps so you have the timer on their red and take it as soon as it spawns.

In this thread I encourage anyone who is looking for advice to ask me your questions... I'll do my best to answer them completely.
Additionally I urge you to watch (and follow ;]) my stream @ http://www.twitch.tv/blademasterrush
Its easier to ask me direct questions on stream as ill reply to them in voice.
As per my jungling experience you can check me out on lolking http://www.lolking.net/summoner/na/22345842. My most played and probably favorite is Shyvana. I can give detailed advice on most junglers, but not all
Cheers!
