I h4te peepz like that. There was one game i got a pentakill in ranked as

Quite low, silver 4, even though my teammates were somehow silver 1/gold 5 or smth cause I saw their profile(matchmaking system OP). But what pissed me off was that they said they wanted to duoq with me just to gain LP and then they wanted me to only play
Singed.

@OP; Yes, it can be very frustrating that people vote without/barely any reason.
It would be best if we would help each guide, so that the guides can improve, so that the overal guide quality on Mobafire gets better.
There are just a few issues that already have been mentioned by other people:
1. There are a lot of guidewriters out there, that do not care to improve.
2. Some of those people who do not care to improve, actually get angry at gentle people that mention some points of improvement.
3. The people that review it must deal with that all the time, and will need lots and lots of patience to be able to keep doing that.
It is a noble idea that we all would gather that patience, but that is just not an easy thing to do. If a person is willing to improve, then I am sure that they will do some research on Mobafire and will find tons of review guides out there, that are willing to give constructive reviews. If a person is not willing to improve and just wants to show everyone how amazing his build is, then he gets scared away by Laggermeister, and the guy will either learn that he is doing something wrong, or he will stop making guides on Mobafire. Either way, the guy will no longer show false content.
If you want the Mobafire community to improve, I am afraid you cannot do more than improve yourself. Get out there, and make sure that every new guide gets criticism he/she can use. I did that for a long time, maybe now it is your time to shine :D

Yeah unfortunately at lower ELOs, many people look for higher level players that they can latch onto and rise divisions with. It's one of the things that sort of makes our community not the greatest. It'd be fine if they were just asking for your help ON OCCASION. But if they make it evident that they just want to duoq with you because you're good and you can get them to their next division, then they are just contributing to the arguments of "Oh, silver people are just luckier than bronze players..."Your frustration is understandable and right.

Hey there! I've seen a ton of your comments on plenty of newer guides out there and I see you as one of the best critiques for newer authors at the moment. You give fine criticisms that are there to help the author and you do it in a brief way with your listing and your "Path of Redemption" stuff ("Path of Redemption" is what I see the most haha). The overall goal of this post was to get more and more people to read it and so those people would hopefully be influenced to do better things on MOBAfire but so far I have mostly gotten feedback from high-comment members, which is great, but is not was I was hoping for. Hopefully I will get those viewers and those viewers will understand what I'm trying to say. But yeah, I'll definitely try to get some good comments out there and continue to try and improve our community as a whole.
Most of the important things about this discussion have been mentioned by now. I used to be a reviewer (some of the older members might remember) and used to leave pretty long walls of text for feedback (in fact, I was reading some of them just now and it's funny to look back on, as it shows how much has changed about this game and how much better I am as a player now than I was then :P). A lot of them were ignored completely, even though I clarified people should only request reviews if they were willing to work on improving their guide.
Nowadays, I don't really look at guides at all anymore (just stick to the forums, basically) and as such don't help out people much (or at all). However, I want to again emphasize that players looking for help can always get it without us going "lol, you're bronze, l2p first".
The main issue, as mentioned before, is the time. There's just no way someone can help out everyone by giving detailed feedback, basically (trust me, I've tried) :|

Okay so we have the huge problem of time....What about the whole C2V thing being huge now on guides? Lots of people tell authors to turn on C2V because this way, they are guaranteed to get feedback. However, C2V only forces commenters to put something in their comment box. The whole time issue comes into play here: if I'm a commenter with over 1000 comments on MOBAfire, I'm not really going to want to write out that detailed explanation as to why I downvoted. This then leads me to just say "Bad build." Now I'm not necessarily happy with this comment but it's really all I have the patience to put down because if I put a huge paragraph down then the author may not even listen to me. This has happened to me hundreds of times (assuming that I've put down over 1000 comments) and I'm just tired of it so why waste my time continuing to try and help people who don't want it?
So yeah....Big problem. I think the only way that we can really filter these people who don't want our help out is by just literally saying "PM me if you want my reasons." I suppose this COULD work however, it will NOT filter out everyone. The people who are eager for help will most likely be the only ones who PM you for that help. Once you get that PM, you can then write that paragraph about what that person could do better. I do respect all you guys' time but I also want to see if we can fix this community problem without making you guys even more stressed about it all.

As gbay talks about in his video, there are a lot of toxic players in the League of Legends community and there is a lot of separation between players as a whole.
With the anonymity the internet provides, ooh, it can't be helped.
