I do taric a lot in 3v3, and i personally just build mr shoes then rush either a frozen heart or a spirit visage (depending on their team) and I get the other one after I rush the first one. After that i'm pretty darn tanky so i get something like a black cleaver to have fun with the other team. but normally we win before i can get my cleaver :(
