I just downloaded LoL this weekend and have never played a game like it prior. I've only played console shooters, but I'm really interested in picking this up and being better then awful. :)

When I say brand spanking new, I really mean it. I played three or four games last night and they were my first. I think I'm a level 2 or 3. I played against bots with friends that are amazing, but I'm having some trouble understanding everything and I don't want it to be a frustration to help such a noobalishious gamer. ANY AND ALL help would be really apprecaited.

My game name is PMS Chaser and thank you to anyone who is brave enough to except this challenge. :)

When you're extremely new the game what I would suggest is to get to level 30 first before you want to be coach.

People can't really help you yet until you have a good base. Try getting to level 30 and think about the things you want to learn or things you aren't sure about.

Once you're 30 come back and then list the questions that you have or list the things that you want to improve on.

Two newbie-friendly communities are on the NA server (might be on EUW too, but smaller/less active): join the chatrooms "lowelo" and "practice mode". If they are full just add "2", "3", etc. to the end.

There's plenty of resources here for you to check out. I recommend having a look around the general strategy guides. IceCreamy and TinyStar both have pretty good general/beginner guides in there. Try out as many champions as you can during their freeweeks and you should get a feel for how things go.

Once you've got a good grasp of what's going on, have a look at individual champion guides. Or even start sooner, quite a number of the guides here are pretty comprehensive and can improve your game play in general.

I'd recommend you don't delay going into PvP too long. Bots really don't behave at all like humans. Smart ones or dumb ones :/

Anyhow, I'm on EUW so I can't play with you, alas.

As a LoL gamer for two years now, I realize that this game takes many months to understand. Like everyone said, get to level 30 first so that you can have a good grasp and foundation on the game. League of Legends is a game that requires a lot of patience to get a hang of.
