I played that build from level 6 to 25ish. Jack in the box has never worked well for me. For me late game is backdooring turrets, clearing lanes, and shrooming. As for team fights, he's best when stealthed behind the fight to pick off easy kills. Teemo has to enter a group fight on his own terms and have an escape route in case too much focus turns his way. He's an assassin...
