No matter how much people flame you, sometimes there are actual good tips in between. Try to listen to them and communicate in a friendly manner, you learn so much more from that than flaming back or whatever.
And finally;
Just play some more games, it will gain lots of experience and skill from doing that. If you want, you can also watch progamers, and try to see how they play. Try to find answers to questions you have about the game (on LoLwiki, google, youtube or here, mobafire) and those are the best tips I can come up with at the moment :P

SR is much more slow paced game, where you are gold dependant, which you can get from farming, killing and destroying objectives. The objectives you lose, you cannot just take back, there is either a respawn time or it will just never come back at all.
Dominion is much more high paced, where you get much more gold per second. You can get gold for capping objectives, and if you lose an objective, you can get it back.
They are just 2 completely different game modes. Just keep playing SR and you will learn it eventually :P

Instalock what you want to play and ignore everyone or mute them. Don't let their flaming/nonsense get to you, don't even reply to them. It's not fun for them if you don't feed their trolling and will eventually stop. If not just mute if they are annoying you/flooding the useful chat.

Guardianofdark .... Leauge is full of ragers/children crying and being stupid - especially in lower levels
almost no one ever admits they might be bad and blame their jungler or support for eerything..
i recommend trying to communicate with your team mates as much as possible positively.... you will likely enounter tons of toxic players ... if they are .. just ignore... or report it after the game
i am not some super high elo boss (wood Leauge!!) but if you want to play with me in normals or against bots or something PM me and i will add you (I am on NA server)
and please dont insta lock ... it will only cause more rage an frustration .. trust me
