Wow, I'm really happy it teaches something. I should precise - this guide contains supporting info, with suggested items. It doesn't show exact item path! Those are items that I run most of my games, since they provide best utility for the team.

I'm still a pretty much a noob, so this guide was a great help when I first started. I have found that the recommended items in this build are really great on most support champs. Also, the runes seem to work better/ be more beneficial than others I've tried as well.
