Incorrect skilling. W > Q.

Masteries are indeed inefficiently specced.

Flat health seals are probably some of the ****test runes in the entire game.

is a dubious choice, because its utility can always be a little unreliable, especially when it comes to teamfights. It certainly has its uses, though.

Item choices seem fine, though, for the most part.

Guide itself is kinda lacking in detail. And by kinda, I mean REALLY lacking in detail.

Attitude is kinda ****ty.

Undoubtedly a -1.

Please don't take Clairvoyance, or Seals of Health. Start looks fine, Ionian Boots is CDR overkill and doesn't give you as much damage as Sorc's. Furor is bad on Lux. Your build doesn't have enough Mana Regen, Grail should be part of your core regardless. You want Q level one. Don't divide the 9 extra points among 2 trees. You also get the final thing in Offense without spending 21 points (which is impossible). CDR doesn't work on Summoner spells. BB Coding leaves a lot to be desired. Turn on C2V. Not enough information, -1.
