Really, just sad.
It is not very good to start wraiths now since you will have to make your laners stay extremely long to help leash the buff. which will lead to them losing their lane most likely. Now that all the jungle creeps spawn at the same time starting on small champs is extremely bad.
No leash is involved, I don't like dragging my laners away from where they are needed :)

I've manged fairly well with this build myself however I will see what I can gather as for the jungle change I start at the wraiths first in order to get the passive up with out loosing too much health in order to make the most from what you have

It's a start, but I would like to point out some things to help your guide along :D
Just for starters you can't start wolves/wraiths anymore due to the recent patch changing their spawn time. This build is also pretty expensive for a jungler to buy and you will probably be very weak unless you get a massive snowball early. Lastly I feel like a gank would go better if you started with your E to get near them and then used your gap closer CC when they used their escape, simply using your Q right at the start will be pointless since they will just flash/build in escape away from you. Hope this helped.
